Ninja is a small, tight-knit community — and we wanted software that feels like part of it. NinjaPro is built for the whole ninja family: gym owners, coaches, the kids chasing their first big obstacle, and the parents cheering them on. It works hand-in-hand with NinjaTrainer, our athlete app, so the skills coaches teach in class travel home in each athlete’s pocket, progress flows back to the gym, and parents can actually follow along with what their kid is working on.

Athletes deserve better. Owners deserve better. Coaches deserve better. So we started from first principles: obstacles, leagues, and timing are first-class objects — not afterthoughts bolted onto a generic studio CRM.

The goal isn’t a better CRM. It’s a bigger ninja community — more kids taking their first run, more athletes sticking with the sport long enough to fall in love with it, more coaches with the room to actually coach, and more gyms becoming the kind of place families don’t want to leave.
