The Site is operated by Dragonscale Labs LLC (“we,” “us,” or “NinjaPro”). The NinjaPro application itself is pre-launch and separate terms will apply when it becomes available.
Use of the Site
You may use the Site to learn about NinjaPro and join the waitlist. You may not scrape, reverse engineer, or use the Site to train a model without our prior written permission. Don’t attempt to disrupt the Site or access data that isn’t yours.
Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee early access, founding-gym pricing, or any specific launch timeline. We’ll keep you updated, but plans can change. You can leave the waitlist at any time — see our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
The Site’s content — including “NinjaPro,” “NINJAPRO,” the wordmark, copy, and visual design — is owned by Dragonscale Labs LLC. You may share links and small excerpts for commentary or reporting; otherwise, please ask.

The Site is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Product screenshots or mockups reflect design direction, not committed functionality.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dragonscale Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
